Orders ship via UPS. All orders process within 2-3 business days.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Items have a 14 day return/exchange policy. Merchandise will be inspected upon return. Any clothing that has been worn or damaged may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender without refund. Items must also have proper tags and labels attached. Shipping cost for returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser unless an error was made by the company. If you should need to return any items please send an e-mail to returns@essentiallybeautiful.com including your purchase information, order number, and a brief description of why the product is being returned.

What type of stones do you use on your clothing?
We only use top quality, authentic Swarovski crystals. We do not use rhinestones on any Essentially Beautiful products. Swarovski crystals are a much higher quality than rhinestones and they have better bling!
Do the crystals stay on the clothing?
We are very careful when applying the crystal to our clothing. Not very often do the crystals fall off the clothing even after they are laundered properly. However, if a crystal should fall off, we always send extra crystals with every item to ensure that you are able to maintain a completely Essentially Beautiful look. We do recommend that you follow the instructions on the care label as with all clothing to ensure proper care.
